Overview - By and large Registry Fix has been the dominant player on the largest digital market place Clickbank with over 13 million downloads, and we wanted to establish whether the latest version of the software, Registry Fix V7.0 lived up to our expectations. Our conclusions are based upon our independent tests, which covered scanning, detecting, resolving registry errors, and optimising computer performance.

Out tests focused on the most common errors: Missing startup programs, invalid device drivers, invalid application paths, missing dll files, missing help files, missing system fonts, ActiveX component errors and other common causes of registry corruption.

Over 13 million downloads, now after our Registry Fix review, we understand why!  We installed Registry Fix on computers, with the following characteristics which are representative of many computers today: The computers were already equipped with anti-virus software as this tends to minimise the large volume of registry errors which can be caused by viruses, trojan and worms over time. The computers had run for about one year, and from a software perspective had had about 25 additional software and installed on them and about 15 uninstalled programs since they were first used.

Without software, this involves sifting through the registry line after line. Trying to fix the 731 problems manually would have been impossible. Instead, our testers used the "Repair Problems" button in Registry Fix to solve the problems. Registry Fix scanned through the registry and fixed the problems at source in a matter of minutes.

Registry Fix V7.0 solves many other problems too - Our tester were impressed by the fact that Registry Fix V7.0 also fixes a lot more than just a few problems. The software can be scheduled to run at pre-set times or ad-hoc and the automated backup functionality mean that users should not loose their files when faced serious problems with their computers.

Registry Fix V7.0 remains very affordable - Registry Fix V7.0 remains very affordable. The trial version is free and the single user licence only costs $37 for the basic package.

Conclusion - Registry Fix V7.0 remains an excellent piece of software providing excellent value for money.
